The Central Otago District Museum Strategy, provides a platform to guide Museums Trust’s  programme of work. This emphasises the advantages of collaboration from sharing resources such as people, skills, funds and knowledge to enhancing and creating new opportunities for curation, exhibitions, events and public programmes including education.
